elitefts WarGrip Training Knee Sleeves

Built for the Gym. Tested for Over a Year.

Most dual-ply sleeves are designed with one goal: maximum carryover on meet day. They're built stiff, they take two people and a prayer to get on, and by the time you're warmed up, your legs are halfway to numb. That's fine if you compete in them twice a year. It's a problem if you train in them three days a week.

The elitefts WarGrip Training Knee Sleeves are designed differently. We built these for the training hall — daily use, multiple sessions per week, the kind of volume that breaks down equipment and bodies if you're not protected. The goal wasn't maximum carryover. The goal was a sleeve you could actually live in: enough support to keep the joint stable and warm, comfortable enough to keep on through a full session, and fast enough to get on and off without losing time between sets.

Support That Fits Your Training, Not Your Meet Schedule

The WarGrip uses a dual-ply knit construction to give you real joint compression without going full strait-jacket. You get warmth, stability, and patellar tracking support — the things that matter when you're accumulating sets on squats, Romanian deadlifts, or anything else that puts load through the knee. What you don't get is a sleeve so tight it cuts off circulation, or one that requires 15 minutes of battle just to position it right.

This is a training tool. It's supposed to help you train, not make training harder.

Over a Year of Real Testing

These weren't built in a lab and rushed to market. The WarGrip went through more than a year of in-gym testing before it was ready. That testing was about getting the fit and feel right — how it moves, how it stays in place, how it holds up over hundreds of sessions. The pull tabs at both ends aren't an afterthought; they're part of a sleeve designed for repeated use, not occasional use.

What You Get

  • Dual-ply knit construction for warmth and compression
  • Pull tabs top and bottom for fast, frustration-free use
  • Sold as a pair
  • Sized to fit real athletes, not a size chart built for a model

Who These Are For

These sleeves are for lifters who train hard and often. If you're looking for a sleeve to throw on for one maximal squat attempt at a meet, there are other options built for that specific purpose. If you train multiple days per week and need knee support that works the whole time — from warm-up sets to the last rep of your working sets — the WarGrip was built for you.

Sizing

Measure the circumference of your knee at the top (above the kneecap) and at the bottom (below the kneecap). Match to the chart below. If you fall between sizes, go up These are built for all-session wear, not competition fit.

NOTE: THESE SIZES NOTED IN THE CHART ARE THE SPECS OF THE SLEEVE. THIS SLEEVE STRETCHES MORE THAN OTHER SLEEVES. IF YOU HAVE USED OTHER SLEEVES IN THE PAST - GO WITH THE SAME SIZE OR ONE SIZE DOWN.
