At EliteFTS, we stand behind our strength equipment and apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or contact our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure the Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and equipment is disassembled if necessary to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please note that heavy equipment may require freight scheduling.
Verification and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
